We maintain a database of the registration of all workers along with their details - addresses, identification card number, qualification and work experience, and therefore, first preference will be given to these registered candidates. We, thus, are privileged to meet the demand of workers at the earliest to facilitate the demand of employers for vacancy fulfillment.
A comprehensive database of details of candidates, employers and their adjustment is maintained with registration details along with the candidates' bio-data, which enables employers to easily contract workers. A separate record is also maintained of all the terms and conditions. This helps us maintain close co-ordination during candidate evaluation and ensure complete employer satisfaction.
The AN-OI, once confirmed, is submitted to the appropriate agency in the prospective country so that the recruitment process can start. Advertisements are placed in newspapers, the corporation and assistance of registration centers in all major cities in the prospective country is also established.
The recruitment centers of the three partner agencies in prospective country then begin receiving the registration of prospective workers, who is informed of the process or recruitment to ensure that they understand what skill sets are needed and what the job requirement is all about.
Once the candidate is deemed suitable to be recruited, the agent of the prospective country begins the selection based on the candidate's qualification, capability and ability. The final selection is done by the prospective employers in Malaysia. Upon success of the interview round, the candidates are sent to the Workers Training Centre in prospective country wherein mental aptitude tests is conducted to check and assess the preparation level of candidates for the task ahead. After the candidate clears this test, they undergo the medical examination.
If the candidates fail this test, they will not be considered for the next step, which is the final interview by representatives of employers from host country.
Representatives from ASIA Continental Group (BD) along with the Employer concerned will be present at the KLIA International Airport or Required Destination to make necessary arrangements for the entry of workers with the Immigration Department and attend to related matters.
Usually the Immigration formalities take four to five hours before the work permit is issued.
The responsibility of Asia Continental Group (BD) is ongoing as long as the duration of the workers contract lasts.

To coordinate with the regulations set up by the Malaysian Government. All candidates will directly undergo a medical check-up and X-Ray.
All candidates who pass the mental aptitude and medical tests will assemble at the Workers Training Centre for the final interview by the prospective employers.
Usually, each employer will interview between 150 to 200 candidates daily. A Briefing pertaining to wages, allowances and other perks are given to ensure that all candidates fully understand and accept what are being offered.
After obtaining all documents, copy of passport, original copy of the medical test result and a photograph of the candidate from the agency of the prospective country, ASIA Continental Group (BD) with their joint venture partner will deal with the Malaysian Immigration Department to obtain the Calling Visa and necessary work permit.
This process usually takes two (2) weeks before the original copy is submitted to the Malaysian High Commission in the prospective country. Do note that the Calling Visa is the document necessary for a candidate to obtain a passport to be issued by their country's Immigration Department.
The Calling Visa is also the document, which will enable entry and subsequent employment in Malaysia.

Orientation courses are conducted as per social, environmental and legal requirements of the country of employment for all trainees before their departure.
Experienced tutors are engaged for theoretical and practical training on particular skills. Continuous assessments are conducted and periodical tests are taken of every worker.
Major emphasis is given to personal and technical qualities of the workforce and training courses are designed in a manner as to ensure high quality of work and yield of productivity.
