Our Hiring Procedure

Job circular

We maintain a registered database of all workers containing their details – addresses, identification card number, qualification, and work experience.These registered candidates are the ones who will be given the first preference. We, thus, are privileged to meet the demand of workers at the earliest to facilitate the demand of employers for vacancy fulfilment. We provide. At this stage, workers are provided a briefing on selection procedure, Interview and aptitude test, meeting with representatives of government authorities of their respective countries who are directly involved in sending workers to foreign countries, visit the workers training center.

CV/Resume Colled

The profiles of suitable candidates are submitted to the appropriate agency in the prospective country so that the recruitment process can start. Once the candidate is deemed suitable to be recruited, the agent of the prospective country begins the selection based on the candidate’s qualification, capability, and ability. The final selection is done by the prospective employers in Malaysia. Upon the success of the interview round, the candidates are sent to the Workers Training Centre in prospective country wherein mental aptitude tests are conducted to check and assess the preparation level of candidates for the task ahead. After the candidate clears this test, they undergo a medical examination.
If the candidates fail preliminary steps, they will not be considered for the next step, which is the final interview by representatives of employers from the host country.

Interview


We dispatch representatives from ASIA Continental Group (BD) along with the employer concerned at the KLIA International Airport or assigned destination to make necessary arrangements for the entry of workers with the Immigration Department and attend to related matters. Usually, the Immigration formalities take four to five hours before the work permit is issued.

Medical check-up

To be in compliance with the regulations set by the host-country’s Governments, all candidates are brought directly to undergo a medical diagnosis, health check-up and X-Ray scan. These check-ups help find potential health issues which candidates may potentially encounter later in work stages. Detection helps prevent complications the prospective medical condition can infuse in the employment contract by affecting concerned employee’s productivity.

Document check

Training

We, as part of our services, also impart language training for spoken English and Arabic. Our training programs are designed in a way that improves and enhances the knowledge and soft-skill set of employees. It boosts the performance of applying candidates and helps them to meet career objectives. Our industrial training program improves candidates’ awareness of a single particular technology. It helps in increasing self-confidence and identifying their own proficiency.

We also offer trade and vocational courses and training for specific technical and industrial skills: production operator for the manufacturing sector, rod binder, gar-mentor, mason, painter, pipe fitter, electrical, carpenter, tile fitter, welder, plumber, block laying. We provide orientation courses as per social, environmental, and legal requirements of the country of employment for all the trainees before their departure.

This process usually takes two weeks before the original copy is submitted to the Malaysian High Commission in the prospective country. Obtaining calling Visa is essential for a candidate to obtain a passport to be issued by their country’s Immigration Department. The Calling Visa is also the document, which will enable entry and subsequent employment in Malaysia.

Basic information

Documents required to apply for a job in Poland
A Work visa is a travel authorization that allows an entrepreneur or company employee to visit a foreign country temporarily for work purposes.
  1. Passport: The applicant needs to submit an original Passport that was issued within 10 years. The passport must have six months of validity after the intended date of departure. The applicant’s current passport must have two empty/blank pages back to back. Hand-written and alternation are not allowed. Clear photocopy of the front page to the last page. If the applicant used any pages before then he/she needs to submit those pages clear copy also. If the applicant has an old passport, he/she have to include that.
  2. Visa Application Form:
    A Visa Application form must be filled in online with all the proper information. Kindly fill out the online application form carefully.
  3. Photograph:
    Recently taken two passport-size photos (3.5mm X 4.5mm) that need to submit. Photo should be taken recently with applicant frontal-view and untouched with white background. Wearing glass is not allowed when taking photos but prescription eyewear is allowed.
  4. Cover Letter: A personal letter from the applicant including personal details, the purpose of the visit, and outlining who will be responsible for the full costs of the trip. The letter should be addressed to The Visa Officer, Embassy of Afghanistan, Dhaka, Bangladesh. The Visa category must be mentioned in the subject line.
  5. Invitation Letter from an Afghan Registered Company/Organization: An original copy of an invitation letter from the host or invitee. On its letterhead pad stating the purpose of travel, duration of stay, and other necessary details with the invitee’s signature.
  6. Forwarding Letter: A letter from the employer’s office such as a NOC/LOI letter on the organization’s letterhead pad stating the applicant’s name, designation, passport number, applicant purpose, and assigned roles during the visit, duration of the visit, contact details, and other necessary details.
  7. Office ID Card: Copies of the office id card/visiting card need to submit (3 copies).
  8. Incorporation Certificate: The applicant needs an incorporation certificate if he/she is the owner or employed by the company.
  9. Company Memorandum: The applicant needs a clear scanned copy of the Company Memorandum if the applicant is the owner/managing director of the company or employed as one of the directors in the company.
  10. Personal Bank Statements: The applicant must submit his/her personal bank statement for the last six months. He/She also needs to mention the Bank’s name and telephone number with an authorized bank stamp and signature.
  11. Personal ITR Certificate: Applicant must submit his/her last 3 years income tax return certificate.
  12. Company Bank Statements:
    Bank statements copy of the sponsoring company or party for the last 6 months mentions the Bank’s name and telephone number clearly with an authorized bank stamp and signature (If the company sponsors the trip).
  13. Company ITR Certificate:
    Applicant must submit the last 3 years Income Tax Return certificate of the company he/she works for. The license must be legalized by legal authorities (If the company sponsors the trip).
  14. Airline Ticket Itinerary: A reserved itinerary for the applicant’s airline ticket as per the schedule of the trip and return from the trip.
  15. Hotel Reservation: A reserved itinerary for the applicant’s accommodation. He/She needs to mention the hotel or resort as per the schedule of the trip.
