Employment Terms and Conditions for International Workers
We are pleased to articulate the comprehensive terms and conditions governing the employment of foreign workers according to International Labor Law.
- Working Hours: Employees are expected to observe a standard working schedule of eight (8) hours per day or forty-eight (48) hours per week, distributed across six (6) working days.
- Basic Monthly Salary: Compensation is skill-dependent. Please refer to the attached document for the anticipated salary structure for General/Semi-Skilled/Skilled and Professional roles.
- Overtime: Remuneration for overtime work will be in strict adherence to the prevailing labor laws of the host country.
- Medical Facility: The Employer extends a complimentary medical facility to all employees, ensuring their well-being and health.
- Accommodation: Adequate and cost-free accommodation, inclusive of essential kitchen utensils, will be provided by the Employer to ensure a conducive living environment.
- Period of Contract: The initial employment contract spans a duration of two (2) years, subject to mutual agreement for renewal.
- EPF, SOCSO: Eligible employees will benefit from contributions to the Employees Provident Fund (EPF) and Social Security Organization (SOCSO) as per applicable regulations.
- Food: Provision of sustenance is open to negotiation between the Employer and the employee, with details stipulated in the employment agreement.
- Transportation: The Employer will bear the cost of transportation, ensuring convenient and timely commuting for all employees.
- Bonus/Leave: Employee entitlements to bonuses and leave align with the statutory provisions outlined in the labor laws of the host country.
- Air Ticket: Initial travel expenses for employees joining the workforce will be borne by the individual. Upon successful completion of the contractual period, the Employer will facilitate the return journey.
- Departure of Worker: Workers are expected to commence duties promptly, with a two-week lead time following the receipt of the requisite Visa from the Immigration Department and other pertinent documents from the Employer.
